The Zyael App facilitates the purchase and delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare-related products through its own delivery agents as well as trusted third-party partners, depending on serviceable pin codes and product availability.

2. Delivery Agents

  • Zyael uses a combination of in-house delivery agents and third-party logistics providers to ensure quick and reliable delivery.

  • The type of delivery service depends on the user’s location and the nature of the order.

3. Delivery Areas

  • Services are available in selected serviceable pin codes.

  • Users can check delivery availability based on their pin code before placing an order.

  • Orders placed outside of serviceable areas may be canceled with a full refund.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Pharmacy Orders: Delivered within 30–45 minutes in most serviceable areas.

  • Lab Test at Home: Technician visit is scheduled within a few hours, depending on the type and availability of selected tests.

  • Other products or medical services may have varying timelines, which will be communicated during the booking or order process.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free delivery may be offered based on ongoing promotions or minimum order value thresholds.

6. Order Tracking

  • Users can track their delivery status in real-time within the Zyael App.

  • Notifications and updates are also sent via SMS or email.

7. Receipt of Goods

  • Upon delivery, Users must inspect the package for accuracy and any damage.

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours through the app or by contacting Zyael support.

8. Delays and Cancellations

  • While Zyael strives to meet promised timelines, delays due to weather, technical issues, or high demand may occur.

  • In case of delay, Users will be notified and may choose to cancel and receive a full refund.

9. Failed Deliveries

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, user unavailability, or access issues may lead to re-delivery charges.

  • Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation with applicable service charges deducted.
